The price includes:
Reservation to the tournament will be by strict order of registration, with a minimum of 12 teams participating.
Registrations can be formalised from the beginning of October until the closing date of 20 January 2025 and will be made by e-mail to info@wsclloret.com. info@wsclloret.com or you can directly do the registration for the web.
The registration fee must be paid in full before the closing date for registration, 20 January 2025.
Failure to pay the full registration fee by the due date will result in automatic exclusion from the tournament without refund of the amount already paid.

The registration fee per team is non-refundable.
If a team pays 50% of the participation fee and finally does not participate in the Tournament, 40% will be refunded if a cancellation is sent before 28 February 2025. If a cancellation is received after this date, no refund will be made.
Failure to pay by 01 April 2025, even if 50% of the participation fee has been paid, will result in automatic exclusion from the Tournament without refund.
From the Organization, you can manage the bookings of the hotel, with a few negotiated rates and special, for guests who wish to attend this Tournament.
