• The registration price is 165,00€ per team.
• The registration fee of 2 team or more is of 145,00€ per team
• The price of participation is of 235,00€ per player.

The price includes:

• 3 nights stay in hotel hotel Olympic Park 4* group Evenia Hotel with water park free for people staying at the hotel, and located just in front of the pool)
• All meals ( from dinner on Friday 28/04 to lunch on Monday, 01/05 )
• “Welcome kit” with backpack and gadgets.
• Accident insurance (only national teams)

The booking of the tournament will be by strict order of registration.

The inscriptions can be formalized since the beginning of October until the end of the same date, February 10, 2023, and shall be made through the e-mail info@wsclloret.com or you can directly do the registration for the web.

The registration fee must be paid in full before the maximum date of closing of registration, February 10, 2023.

• The payment of 50% of the participation fee of each player must be performed prior to 28 February 2023.
• The final payment in full should be transferred up to the march 24, 2023.

Failure to pay the full registration fee by the due date will result in automatic exclusion from the tournament without refund of the amount already paid.

 The detail of the payment shall conform to the following instructions:

• For the payment of the registration fee must be clearly indicated in the payment order, payment of the participation to "WSCLLORET 2023" followed by the name of the CLUB without abbreviations. Please send us the proof of transfer by email to the following address: info@wsclloret.com
• For the payment of 50% of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players
• For the total payment of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players

The registration fee per team is non-refundable.

If a team pays 50% of the participation fee and finally does not participate in the Tournament, will be refunded 40% if you send a cancellation before march 15, 2023. If you receive the cancellation after this date will not be refunded any amount.

The lack of payment until the day 05 April 2023, even though you have paid the 50% of the participation fee, will imply the automatic exclusion from the Tournament without a refund.

From the Organization, you can manage the bookings of the hotel, with a few negotiated rates and special, for guests who wish to attend this Tournament.
