REGISTRATION

• The registration fee is €210.00 per team.
• The registration fee for two or more teams is €190.00 per team
• The entry fee is €270.00 per player for 2 nights 
• The entry fee is €315.00 per player for 3 nights 

The price includes:

• A 2 or 3 night stay at the 4 star Hotel Olympic Park, part of the Evenia Group (a hotel with a water park that is free for guests staying at the hotel, located right in front of the pool)
• All meals (from dinner on Thursday, April 29 or April 30 through lunch on Sunday, May 2)
• “Welcome kit” with backpack and gadgets.
• Accident insurance (only for EU teams)

Reservation to the tournament will be by strict order of registration, with a minimum of 12 teams participating.

Registration will be open from early October until the deadline on January 20, 2027, and must be completed via email info@wsclloret.com or you can directly do the registration for the web.

The registration fee must be paid in full by the registration deadline, January 20, 2027.

• Payment of 50% of each player's entry fee must be made by February 16, 2027.
• The total final payment must be transferred no later than March 16, 2027.

Failure to pay the full registration fee by the due date will result in automatic exclusion from the tournament without refund of the amount already paid.

 The detail of the payment shall conform to the following instructions:

• For the payment of the registration fee, the payment of the participation fee must be clearly indicated in the payment order as ‘WSCLLORET 2025’ followed by the name of the CLUB without abbreviations. Please send us proof of the transfer by e-mail to the following address: info@wsclloret.com
• For the payment of 50% of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players
• For the total payment of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players

The registration fee per team is non-refundable.

If a team pays 50% of the entry fee but ultimately does not participate in the tournament, it will receive a 40% refund if it submits a cancellation notice by February 26, 2027. If the cancellation is received after this date, no refund will be issued.

Failure to pay by April 1, 2027 even if 50% of the entry fee has been paidwill result in automatic exclusion from the tournament without any refund.

From the Organization, you can manage the bookings of the hotel, with a few negotiated rates and special, for guests who wish to attend this Tournament.
