REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT LLORET DE MAR 

 System of competition. 

  • All teams will play between x – x games.
  • The matches will be played on the playing field of 25×16 metres.
  • The goal will be official 3×0,90 meters.
  • It is imperative that all of the players reflected in the act involved in the game.
  • The ball will be the junior nº4.
  • The matches consist of 6 parts 6’ to continuous-time.
  • There is the possibility to call a time-out per game.
  • We will allow the launch of absence from 5 metres.
  • The exclusion of the player will take 20’.
  • In the classification stage, the winning team will add 2 points, a draw 1 point and the loser 0 points.
  • If there is a draw between two team in the phase of classification, is classified:
    • The team that won the match between them.
    • If the result between the two teams is of a tie, it will go to the team with the best results within the group.
    • If you are keeping the tie, the team having scored more goals.
    • If you are keeping the tie, the team that fewer goals have been conceded.
  • If there is a three way tie, it will be classified:
    • The team with the best results among the teams involved.
    • If it continues to be a tie, the team that has scored more goals.
    • If it continues to be a tie, the team that has conceded fewer goals.
  •  In case of a tie in the semi-final or final match will be resolved in a batch of 3 penalties, if it continues, the draw will continue throwing the same players until one team fails.

 Type of competition.

Depending on the number of teams will be defined groups. ( Pending further information )

Will be a box with x equipment, which will be distributed in x groups x and x each team in each group.

First Phase:

x groups, one of x-teams and the other of x, which will play a league to a single round of all against all.

The winner of each game will add 2 points and the loser does not add any. In the event of a tie will be dealt 1 point for each team.

At the end of the first phase is to establish a classification for each group, which will determine the access to the second phase.

Second Phase:

The first four teams of each group will compete in a playoff quarter final (first against fourth and second against third), after the semi-finals and finally the end.

In this second phase, all parties need a winner, in case you end in a tie will be a penalty of 3 releases from the penalty spot for each team.

Teams ranked between the fifth and seventh position of your group will go on to compete in the group C, but in keeping with the results of the matches they have played against teams from the same group and fighting only against teams of the other group. In this case, the parties if that can end in a draw and the scoring system is the same as that in the first phase.

The matches will be refereed by members of the Catalan Committee of Arbitrators.


Start of the Tournament.

In this seventh edition of the Tournament will start the day 28/04 between 16'30h and 17h (hours tbc)

Delivery of prizes.

 The tournament is set to end the day 01/05 afternoon (hours tbc)

**The basic rules will be the same as those laid down by the FINE.

PARTICIPATION

Each team will be composed by a minimum recommended number of 09 players up to a maximum of 15 and 2 coaches.

COST

 The registration price is 165,00€ per team.

  • The price of participation is of 235,00€ per player.

The price includes:

  • 3 nights stay in hotel hotel Olympic Park 4* group Evenia Hotel with water park free for people staying at the hotel, and located just in front of the pool)
  • All meals ( from dinner on Friday 28/04 to lunch on Monday, 01/05 )
  • “Welcome kit” with backpack and gadgets.

The booking of the tournament will be by strict order of registration.

 REGISTRATION DEADLINES

The inscriptions can be formalized since the beginning of October until the end of the same date, February 10, 2023, and shall be made through the e-mail info@wsclloret.com

The registration fee must be paid in full before the maximum date of closing of registration, February 10, 2023.

  • The payment of 50% of the participation fee of each player must be performed prior to 28 February 2023.
  • The final payment in full should be transferred up to the march 24, 2023.

Failure to pay the full registration fee by the due date will result in automatic exclusion from the tournament without refund of the amount already paid.

 The detail of the payment shall conform to the following instructions:

  • For the payment of the registration fee: the Name of the club/team and observations “Registration Fee”Computer
  • For the payment of 50% of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players
  • For the total payment of the participation fee: Name of club/team and number of players

PRIORITIES AND PENALTIES

The registration fee per team is non-refundable.

If a team pays 50% of the participation fee and finally does not participate in the Tournament, will be refunded 40% if you send a cancellation before march 15, 2023. If you receive the cancellation after this date will not be refunded any amount.

The lack of payment until the day 05 April 2023, even though you have paid the 50% of the participation fee, will imply the automatic exclusion from the Tournament without a refund.
